Kenyatta Nelson began his career in real estate in Brooklyn, New York in 2002 as a private property manager over ten years ago. During these formative years Kenyatta gained invaluable industry knowledge and leveraged his personal and professional relationships to purchase three residential investment properties of his own. Experiencing first hand the various advantages and consequential disadvantages of being a landlord landed him on the fast track to becoming an award winning owner/operator and franchisee of one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Brooklyn. Kenyatta's five year meteoric rise as a franchisee earned him numerous accolades within the company while consistently ranking in the top three franchise owners among his peers.
A native New Yorker, Kenyatta's depth of experience in rental and commercial leasing was the primary motivation for him to delve into Brooklyn's fast evolving sales sector which inspired him to launch his own full service brokerage company, Access Unlimited Real Estate Inc. Access Unlimited was conceptualized to help support and guide our agents to build their businesses from "lead-to-close". Access Unlimited was conceptualized to help support each agent from "lead-to-close" by offering a uniform operations system to enhance consistency, performance and productivity. Our goal is to mechanize key elements of our agent's responsibilities and compartmentalize them into smaller modules to support the whole.
