Real estate is personal, Kenneth believes. "It's not just paperwork and four walls; rather, it's a search for a place to call home and build one's life." There is a home for everyone, and Kenneth's goal is to help you find it. He is the kind of agent who respects his clients' needs, as well as their individual budget. "Whether someone's price range is high or low, a good broker always puts his best effort forth to find the right fit for his clients regardless of the size of the deal. Once I determine what someone wants, I apply my knowledge and provide different options, perhaps even a residence they may not have known they would enjoy."
Quality customer service and utmost professionalism have consistently carried through Kenneth's career, from the restaurant industry to real estate. By asking the right questions, listening carefully to people's needs and thinking creatively to offer solutions, he has earned a stellar track record of service and results.
Originally from Jersey City, Kenneth focused on culinary courses in college then worked in restaurants, ultimately becoming a kitchen manager. "I will always have a love for food, and for that reason, I enjoy going to different restaurants throughout the city to try new foods and observe the atmosphere and service. Clients love that I can give them great suggestions in and outside of the neighborhoods they are thinking of calling home."
