I was very skeptical to work with a broker, as ive had some bad experiences in the past. I had a 1 day window to come to New york and have a place squared away that day. I contacted Kelly 1 week before i was scheduled to get here, and from that day on she stayed in contact everyday, emailing listings so id have a better idea before i got there. Not only did i find a great apartment, and signed my lease that night, but she also educated me on the different neighborhoods in ny and the subways!! I will definitely be using Kelly again, and i highly recommend her to anyone else searching!
