Fast response, but did not show up to apartment viewing. She appeared to be able to flexible with my availability for apartment viewing and even rescheduled once. When I got to the apartment, my girlfriend waited about a half an hour and no one showed up. Called twice and got no answer, she didn't even call me to see if everything was okay.

Giving 4 starts for her very quick response. Did not end up meeting her or ever talk to her, but she was quick in responding and she checked my profile to double check that the apartment I was inquiring about met my expectations which I was very glad she did.

Karen was a joy to work with. She responds to emails very quickly, she made note of our requirements and budget and worked very hard to get us the apartment we really wanted. She was very thorough and the entire process was smooth. Best broker I have worked with thus far!
