Justin and Matt helped me and my roommate find a 2-bedroom apartment in Greenwich Village. We looked with two other brokers before a friend recommended I call these guys. They work at Douglas Elliman, which is a large, reputable firm with nice offices and a competent staff. Right away I could tell we were on the right track. After two days of fruitless searching with our previous brokers, Justin and Matt put together a great list of seven apartments and took us to see them right away. They listened to us and showed us what we wanted. By the end of the day we were able to choose an apartment that was a great fit, and the next day we were approved and signed leases.
