A dual citizen of France and the United States, Julien Aractingi speaks fluent French and English, and possesses a deep understanding of both cultures. He decided to permanently move to New York City after finishing his high school curriculum in Paris, France. Julien graduated from Baruch College in NYC where he earned a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and received Summa Cum Laude honors. He learned to work incredibly hard without wasting valuable time, as he does today. Julien specializes in selling real estate in Downtown Manhattan neighborhoods like the East and West Village, Greenwich Village, Soho, Tribeca, Flatiron, Chelsea and Gramercy. Living in Gramercy, he enjoys his own life as a downtown guy, which allows him to really understand his clients' needs when it comes to buying, selling or renting properties in the city.   Ninety percent of Julien's real estate clients are referral based, which is a great testament to how well he knows the business.

Julien was very professional and knowledgeable of the city. I've never had any broker that knew the city as in depth as he does. It felt easy to find the apartment of my dreams at a great price.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Such a positive experience to deal with Julien. I have met a lot of different brokers within the last few weeks. He does not waste any time, straightforward, always on point but very laid back and easy to deal with. He was able to find me a large one bed in the West Village that was not even available yet. He knew the property manager and could get me in the apartment before everyone else. I signed the lease the next day. My sister is already working with him for another apartment.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Julien is probably the most knowledgeable broker I have ever met. I used different brokers in the past and the process has always been painful. His knowledge of the City and the Downtown area is unmatched. It seems like he knows every single building and price points around the different neighborhoods.
I was looking for a one bedroom in SoHo and my time was very limited. I called him, set up an appointment for the next day. Met him for two hours and we were applying for an apartment at the end of the day. Was approved 24 hours later.
It is truly the first time I was actually happy to pay a broker's fee. :)

I rented an apartment from this agent.
