From the very moment I get a listing, all I think about is what it takes to rent it ASAP. For that, I have to persuade the landlord about the pricing. Pricing involves a lot of situations; such as amenities, coveniences, so on... Tenants are always looking for conveniences to get their money worth. For instance, an elevator versus a walkup building; how far is it from a subway station; how far from stores and other conveniences.

To run an effective Real Estate business in New York City, it takes many years of practice and I'm so proud to have been doing it for eight(8) years, both sales and rentals. Every single client that comes through my office door is for me a VIP. I do the best I can to make him/her a satisfied customer at the conclusion of our business transaction. When that happens, I feel satisfied as well. For that reason, I invite all my website visitors to come and do business with me to be treated the way they deserve!

He was the most helpful person we could ask for. He paid attention to the things we liked and did not like and went on to show us the best apartments in our price range. Great to work with!

I ended up finding an apartment through another agent, but Julian responded quickly to my inquiry, and, unlike many agents, didn't overwhelm with promises. Courteous and to the point. Recommended.

Julian is very sweet and pleasant, however, he was completely unprepared to show this apartment to me....Aside from not being able to find it at first....it was riduculously small...no refrigerator, stove, sink...the bathroom was so tiny...we had discussed previously to the viewing, what I was interested in, because the first studio, he told me, had already been rented...I asked him if he had viewed the next studio prior to him showing me and he assured me, that the layout would be the same. I was so insulted and annoyed that he didn't take the time to investigate the area or apartment. I could have done a split from the front door and practically reached the other side of the room...no kidding...my cat would have gotten cabin fever in this so called apartment...it looked like a storage room that someone cleared out to try and make an extra buck!!! He then tried to rationalize, by saying that he told me it would be small, for my price range....I'm quite cognizant of how small apartments can be...I've lived in the city for over 10 years....but this was like goimg from the sublime to the ridiculous...honestly, all I could do was laugh hysterically with my friend...oh well, New York, New York, if you can make it here...
