Joshua Lichy

Joshua Lichy is a New York City native, born and raised on the Upper West Side. His favorite trait of the city is the uniqueness of each neighborhood, and has been known to comment that 'walking through New York City is like walking to a different town every ten blocks.' Joshua became a part of the real estate field because he appreciates and identifies with the complexities involved in finding the perfect apartment. With his knowledge and experience of New York City neighborhoods and a strong background in communications, Joshua’s skills can alleviate any such difficulties. Joshua graduated with a degree in Communications from Marymount College and as experience in marketing, sales, and public relations. Currently his real estate specialty is on rentals on the West side, including Chelsea to Midtown, and Hell’s Kitchen. Josh has good working knowledge of the Spanish language and spends his free time playing basketball, and percussion instruments.
