I was on borrowed time to find an apartment. I'm originally from Michigan, and was starting school in NYC. Naturally, I had no idea what I was doing, completely out of my comfort zone, with trying to find a place to live. Did I mention I had to do this in only two weeks?

After dealing with several brokers, I was really discouraged about finding a place. The brokers were impatient, and a little callous with me (I didn't have a lot of money to blow on an apartment, and therefore, not really worth their time.) When it came time to meet with Joshua, I was preparing for more of the same bad experience.

I shouldn't have been so worried. After my first meeting with Joshua, his calm, laid-back manner put me at ease. He showed me many apartments, patiently answered my (sometimes repetitive) questions, and really listened to my wants and needs. On the last day, after much flip-flopping back and forth on my part, I decided on a home with which I couldn't be more happier.

Joshua was amazing! I've already referred others to him, and they have nothing but good things to say! Choose him, you won't be sorry!

Joshua is an AMAZING! I recently moved to NYC from Alabama and Joshua really helped me. He showed me so many nice apartments in safe buildings. He will show you exactly what you are looking for, and is very responsive to email and phone calls. I recommend using Joshua anytime if you are looking to rent an apartment. Even more if you are new to the city like me!!!
