In the 2001 comedy Zoolander, actor/director Ben Stiller’s title character, male model Derek Zoolander, surpasses his male model “looks” of Blue Steel, Ferrari, and Le Tigre to unleash Magnum and save the life of the Malaysian prime minister. Sommerlyn Licensed Salesperson Joseph Agramonte will unleash his own Magnum to simultaneously put his clients at ease and seal the deal for them.
Born and bred in The Bronx, Joseph was educated at the US Naval Academy at Annapolis and served the US in the Navy. After his service, he furthered his dedication to helping others by earning his EMT certification before deciding that a lifelong love of architecture, New York City, and helping others could best be fulfilled by earning his license to practice real estate.
“Everyone needs a place to live and/or work,” Agramonte said, “but it is often a stressful process to find the right home or business space.” Agramonte credits his success to comfort. By placing his clients at ease, they are free to make well-informed choices. Whether they’re searching for the huge SoHo loft or an Upper East Side studio, humor makes the process easier.
While his clients enjoy the laughs they share with Joseph, they know he’s as serious as Zoolander’s Magnum when it comes to getting the job done. Closing two deals within his first three days as a real estate professional was testament enough to Agramonte and those who work with him to know that he is a person who loves what he does and completes the tasks well.
Joseph may not use Magnum to stop an assassination attempt on a head of government, but he’s ready to use a smile and unleash a Sommerlyn “look” for you!
