WORK WITH JONATHAN! At every step, he was prompt, professional, personable and accommodating. Jonathan responded to my original contact (made at 11 pm) within 10 minutes and arranged to meet us the following morning. The quality of the place was head and shoulders above everything else we had seen in our price range so we immediately put down a deposit. From there, Jonathan patiently and thoroughly guided us through the application process. We signed the lease in no time and can't wait to move. THANK YOU JONATHAN!

Jonathan has been a dream to work with. He is clear, honest, and respectful. He is very thorough, and very prompt in responding to any calls, emails, or messages. I had very specific needs in terms of location and price range, and Jonathan worked tirelessly to find a number of options that worked for me. Working with him was thoroughly pleasant. Jonathan was so helpful! He went above and beyond for me. He was fast, knowledgeable, and honest. He knew so much about the properties as well as finding me the best deal! It was a pleasure to work with him. Great guy I highly recommend working with him!
