Jonathan Ney

Jonathan Ney came to my rescue during my apartment search. Things went smoothly from my first experience with Jonathan. I was not carted around all neighborhoods and shown things that did not interest me. Rather, my search was custom tailored to my own likes which ultimately resulted in me finding a true gem of an apartment. His follow through and diligence was unmatched compared to the other brokers I had previously worked with. My experience was drama free and I was definitely in the right hands. I would not hesitate to contact Jonathan or recommend him to anyone searching for an apartment.

HIGHLY recommend you work with Johnathan! He was nothing like the average NYC broker that shows you a single apartment and then falls off the face of the earth. He was easy to contact through email, texts or phone and was available and accomodating to our crazy work schedules. He had lots of great places that met all our needs and was honest about what the process would be like. Thank goodness for Johnathan or else we'd probably still be searching for a place to live!

This is one of those situations where I actually didn't mind paying a brokers fee. I feel like Jonathan really earned it which if you have worked with other brokers you would know that is not typical.

Jonathan was really able to help me where most other brokers were glad to give up or toss me away. I have issues with my credit and instead of just not working with me, he did everything he could to help and ended up finding me a great apartment where I can live with my roommate. He was always responsive, from the moment we started working with him until the end. I wish we had found him sooner, it would have saved me from a lot of heartache of dealing with brokers who really didn't care about me.

Jonathan is great. He helped me find a place which i love.He showed me every studio out there, and help me make the right choice that fits my budget.
I had an apartment in less than 24hours.

Spoke with Jonathan on Friday. Arranged to meet one of his colleagues on Saturday at 2pm in midtown. He was a no show, and did not respond to calls or texts. Caused a large inconvenience and wasted time. Will not look at apartments with Jonathan again.
