Jonathan helped me find a great apartment. He understood my needs, and focused on them in his showings. He was patient and informative, even though my lease had a relatively low rental per month. It was pleasant working with Jonathan, and I may certainly do it again in the future.

Wow! I have had a hard time finding a place in NYC, and a harder time finding a reliable broker to work with. John on the other hand was a very informative broker, with a large variety of apartments to show me. What made him stand out more then other agents was the he did not pressure me to spend more then I want to, and understood what I needed in a place to live. He wasted no time, and only showed me things I liked. I ended up getting a great place at a reasonable rate. Whether you are looking for your first apartment, or trying to finally find somewhere to call home, I highly recommend using John service as your real estate representative.

I recently worked with Jonathan on a cross-country move. I had an idea of where I wanted to live, but his familiarity with the various neighborhoods in NYC was a huge asset in narrowing it down to a neighborhood that was perfect for me. My daughter and I had one week to find a place and with Jonathan's assistance, we located the perfect place the first day, despite our difficult search criteria (2 bedroom, pets allowed, laundry in building). Jon was great. He showed me four apartments and was responsive throughout to my needs and my situation. I had some trouble with my income falling a little shy of the recommended amount for the apartment I applied for, but Jon talked me through my options and I was able to get the apartment. All in all reliable, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

I really cannot say enough positive things about Jonathan and Key New York. I've lived in NYC for going on 6 years now and I've had more than my fair share of awful broker experiences. I'm glad to say that this time around, my apartment search was seamless. Jonathan and his colleague Stuart were extremely accommodating. They stayed in the office until 11pm helping me find the perfect apartment (which I did)and I never felt pressured like I have in all of my previous apartment hunts. Jonathan was eager to bring me to a handful of apartments on late notice and we actually had a really fun time looking around the city. Key New York as a whole also made my lease-signing process a piece of cake, meeting me at my work place twice to take care of the paperwork. Jonathan was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new apartment. 5-stars in my book for sure.
