Jonathan's academic background and research experience combined with his love of neighborhoods, architecture and working with people drew him to real estate, his perfect career fit. He is knowledgeable and diligent when it comes to studying the market, and hands on in helping clients make decisions based on clear, accurate information. Jonathan's clients are his top priority, and he is available to them at all times.

Born in Manhattan and raised in Brooklyn and Queens, Jonathan is a true New Yorker who knows the city incredibly well. He currently resides in Brooklyn, and enjoys helping clients find dream homes in any neighborhood of NYC. 

Jonathan holds a BA degree in History from the University of Rochester, and gained professional experience at IBM, the Center for an Urban Future and WNYC. He is extremely detail oriented and passionate about the urban environment. Jonathan is musically inclined, playing multiple instruments including bass in rock and jazz bands. He also collects records, bakes the world’s best lemon meringue pie, follows science and engineering news, and would love to travel the world.

Jonathan Firestone, apart from having a cool last name, is a great realtor and all around great guy. Although we didn't end up renting from him, we just had to compliment him for his helpfulness, honesty, and great attitude. This guy will hook you up! Thanks, man!
