Working with Jonan was great. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry. He seemed to understand what it was that I was looking for and only showed me apartments that met my expectations. Jonan is very personable and was fun to chat with. It made the whole apartment hunting process a breeze. He eased my fears as a first time renter by keeping me up to date with the application process. I am so excited to be moving into my new dream new york apartment!

Jonan was great to work with! He responded immediately to my call and answered any questions/fears I had. Within 2 days he had several cute apts to show me. He was laid back, knowledgeable about the area, and very professional. The only reason I didn't rent through him is that I found a great deal in Queens, but I would definitely refer him to my friends and contact him again in the future!
