Jon Grayly

Jon was one of the 1st brokers I met. He responded to my e-mails and phone calls quite promptly and showed me only the kind of apartments I was looking for. Other brokers would try the bait and switch but Jon was very patient and never made me and my fiance feel pressured. He always made himself available, considering my fiance's schedule. In the end, we didn't go with him because our first choice apartment came up in my building. Otherwise, we would have gone with Jon. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I met up with Jon for a quick jaunt around the Upper East to look at some two bedrooms even though I told him we weren't set on the neighborhood. He was excellent to deal with, very open & clear about inventory and pricing, no pressure and no needless filling out forms just to have a look. I have already recommended him to friends looking in the UES.

Even though I did not rent with Jon, he tried his best to find an apt that fit my prefs. He was easy to talk to and seemed to have the renters best interest. With so many brokers to choose from its hard to know who will have your interest at heart and who wants to make a quick commission off you. I would rec Jon if you are looking for an apt.

Jon was AWESOME! I bought a one way ticket to NYC and was staying with a friend. I hardly gave him any time to work with me to find the perfect place. Coming from Missouri, my standards were high when it came to a larger place at a decent price. From the very beginning, Jon knew without me saying so whether or not the apartment we viewed was right for me. I also worked with a couple other brokers and had emailed others, out of everyone, Jon was the best and the most professional. He knew what he was talking about and was honest with me, where as other brokers constantly put me in awkward situations, especially for a 21 year old female renting her first apartment in NYC.

As a first timer, Jon was my life saver! Kept me updated and received quick responses through calls or texts. He showed me one apartment and I immediately got approved and signed my leases! A+

When I finally got in touch with Jon, he was readily available to show me the apartments I was interested in seeing. Both apartments were reasonably priced. When we spoke initially, he also described other apartments that fit the criteria my roommate and I had in mind. He was very responsive to calls and texts. He worked with us to get all the paperwork processed. He has also followed up to ensure that our move-in goes smoothly, offering information regarding movers and renters insurance. I'd recommend using Jon, as he's gone out of his way to help my roommate and I find our new apartment.

Jon responded very quickly to my apt inquiry. Once we met he quickly got an idea of what exactly I was looking for and tailored the search to my needs. Obviously most people would prefer no fee apts but Jon saved me a ton of time and knows the UES market very well. Definitely worth a look.

Reached out to Jon, he responded back but overall I think the interaction could have been better. Never really got an idea of what I was looking for and never called back, only texted.

The only reason I have not *yet* rented from Jon is because I am still deciding on if I am going to rent in Manhattan or move to Brooklyn. All of the apartments that Jon showed me were definitely worth seeing, within my price range, etc. He was very kind to my boyfriend and I, and went out of his way to show us every relevant listing. He is definitely a great realtor, and I would highly recommend his services.
