Jon's business has always been about service to his clients no matter what field of work. A college graduate with a bachelors in Environmental Science and Management, Jon took intriguing opportunity to manage two restaurants in DC and Baltimore. He worked closely with the owners and developers on the design and build-out of one of the restaurants which in turn enticed him to gain an interest in real estate.
Jon then moved back to New York to start a contracting firm with his brother. They built the company from the ground up and grew it to 2m annual sales within three years. In that time he maintained the books, scheduling of crews, new sales, job analysis, accounts payable relations as well as the marketing. The time spent in contracting allowed him to see another side of real estate, the development side. Again, Jon was enticed with the industry as he watched his clients add capital improvements to better value their real estate investments.
Starting his journey in real estate, Jon gained his license and quickly became efficient at the trade. He achieved number one agent in his office his first month and number one agent in his firm within six months. His experience within the field of hospitality and contracting provide him with the perfect balance of understanding people's desires with the efficiency of navigating the market based on those desires.
Whether you are coming from out of town or a lifelong New Yorker, Jon will give you the attention you deserve. He has worked in every part of every borough and is a big advocate of sifting through and eliminating all listings that will not work thus making each appointment well worth it. You will either become more educated about your search and the market or you will end up with a new home.
