To Whom It May Concern,
After graduating from Syracuse University with BA in Psychology, I began to operate and manage several portfolio's in which includes commercial and mixed-used properties.
In the fall of 2010, I began attending CCNY graduate masters program in Psychology and enrolled and completed my professional certificate from NYU SCPS in Real Estate of Finance and Investment from the Schack Institute of Real Estate (5/11). The two, I feel, go completely hand-in-hand. My studies in Psychology allow me to recognize and understand how to react to clients, management, and the fluctuating market of Real Estate. For example, NBA coach Rick Carlisle graduated with a psychology degree and has delivered 50 wins or more on consistent bases with the teams he has coached. I also have a true passion for working directly with landlords from New York to Israel in managing, developing, and maximizing properties potential.
My first post-collegiate internship was with Marcus and Millichap, one of the largest commercial real estate investment firms in New York where I worked directly with several Associate Broker's from August of 2010 to the end of February 2011. Essentially being his assistant, I was part of formulating proposals for perspective landlords and assisting with their business plan for 2011. I was able to pitch ideas, develop strategies and attempted to form group equity syndications with our client base.
After obtaining my real estate license in March, I began work at City Solutions where I have been fortunate to join a young and charismatic brokerage in which I have been able to work with commercial, residential, and mixed used properties.
On a personal level, I’m an all-around pop culture fanatic with a love for the entertainment industry. I speak Hebrew, Arabic, English and Spanish. Through numerous experiences in school and in life I’ve found the perfect balance between having fun and being able to get down to business and get the job done.
I appreciate in advance your attention to the above letter.
Best regards,
