Joel was an amazing help in our apartment search!! He was incredibly responsive, informative, patient and flexible - especially considering we were first-time renters. The apartment he helped us find is an amazing deal and exactly what we were looking for in terms of cost, quality, and neighborhood. I would, will and do highly recommend him.

joel met w/ us on a saturday and was very informed about the apt. tho we didn't pursue that apt, i would not hesitate to work with joel w/ another apt.
