A South Dakota native who first made his way to New York to work in city government, Joe is passionate about helping people feel at home and get what they want. Before joining Anchor, Joe was a project director for over a dozen successful local campaigns and chief of staff to a New York City Council-member. Joe had the opportunity to explore the many communities of New York City in his previous career and has a unique understanding of what matters to people who are looking for a place to call home. The ability to truly listen to people is the reason Joe will find you the home that's right for you. He's a master at solving complicated problems, knowledgeable about the City and a down-to-earth person you can trust to put your interest first in the search for your new home. Along with his high degree of integrity, Joe also possess a keen real estate savvy, high-level professional negotiation experience and many years of communications and marketing experience. Joe currently resides in Sunnyside Gardens, Queens. In his free time Joe likes to bike around Central Park, attend the theater and cinema, explore the many restaurants in the City, and volunteers as a coach for the YMCA baseball league.
