Joe was very kind and helpful in expediting the rental process of our apartment.
We can't hold him responsible for what actually ended up getting though. Our apartment ended up being a nightmare and I feel as though we were taken advantage of as first time renters.
Yes, he's a good guy and very helpful but make sure you do your homework, check the Certificate of Occupancy and ask about everything. If you don't ask, he won't tell you.

Joe is the most helpful guy of all time. He not only led me around to 4 different places on the day I first met him, but he wasn't pushy at any of them. Once I decided on a place, there were a lot of papers to get in order (4 roommates...) but he was patient, specific, and made the whole process very easy. He always responds to texts within a couple of hours.

It didn't stop there. Once we signed the lease and handed over the checks, he was still extremely helpful with the move in. We had a bit of a hassle on the day of moving because of the previous tenants, but Joe arranged a cleaning lady for us who got the place looking great.

Since then, he's brought in people to fix all of the small issues we've had in a super time efficient manner. He really eliminated every fear or apprehension that I had about renting for the first time in NYC. Seriously, can't recommend Joe highly enough.

Joe is fair, honest and helpful. I was under a lot of stress looking for an apartment and he really helped me find a great place. I highly recommend this guy!

Great guy! I've found that many NYC brokers/landlords can be very pushy when trying to get you to rent a place. Joe was down-to-earth, friendly, informative, and willing to listen to my very long lists of questions and concerns! Family guy with a sense of humor. Loved my apartment and I never felt like he was giving me the glossed-over version of the building/neighborhood. Definitely worth a call!

Very nice. Very flexible. Accommodating on multiple levels, even dropped me off at the subway stop after viewing.

Joe was wonderful and went out of his way to show me several very nice apartments and was very informative and helpful about the process. Very nice guy and great sense of humor .

From the first time I called, around 10pm at night mind you, Joe was very courteous, funny, and flexible. We made an appointment to meet and he was there on time and kept the humor coming. Joe and the management are some of the best I've ever worked with. They treat you like people, not potential profit. I highly recommend working with Joe and will be living in the apartment he showed me on a 2 year lease. Thanks, Joe!

Joe is very prompt and easy to work with, and actually seems to care about his clients. He also has a great sense of humor!

First, last week on Thursday, I tried via email. No response.
I sent a text. On Sunday. No response.
I gave Joe a call on Monday. No response.
I gave Joe a call today. No response.
Is this a fake apartment? Is Joe a fake broker? I don't know. Never heard from him - unfortunately because I love the look of the apartment and its location.
I'd still be interested but don't know how to get there...

This is sad!

Maybe there's s huge inherent problem in how nakedapartments.com works. Mabye they need to take into consideration somebody's vacation plans, etc. I am happy to take all this into account and I am afraid to say anything wrong here but at this point... I am seriously disappointed.
