Because her passion lies in Upper Manhattan, specifically the up-and-coming neighborhoods of West Harlem, Washington Heights and Inwood, that's where Jessica specializes. She has lived in this vibrant community for many years, and enjoys showing clients that there's more to Manhattan than downtown. Jessica is soon to launch a blog that highlights the rich history of this area.
Originally from Charlotte, NC, Jessica studied acting at a young age then moved to New York to attend Fordham University. She holds a BA in Theatre Performance. Her previous career was in hospitality in high-end restaurants where she perfected the art of customer service. Jessica segued into real estate working the front desk at another top brokerage firm before becoming a licensed agent.
Her creative background keeps Jessica tied to the theatre community when time allows, seeing shows and at times, acting. She also likes to stay active, and recently ran her first half marathon.
