Jessica was fantastic! Through blind luck I walked into a rental opportunity on my own, otherwise, I would have gone through her. She's nice, understanding, knowledgeable and not at all pushy.

Jessica is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and professional. She gave us so much information about the neighborhood we targeted and she knew the information about the listings we were going to see off the top of her head.

The only reason we did not end up working with Jessica is because we were shown an apartment right before meeting with her that we felt would be best for us. Jessica was actually going to show us the same apartment. If we had not been shown that apartment by a different agent we would have been happy to complete the process with her and we know it would have gone smoothly.

My fiancee and I met Jessica one week ago. She helped us every step of the way since searching for an apartment in NYC can be a daunting task, especially when time isn't a luxury. We were in desperate need of an apartment. She found one that met our needs and practically cut our commute in half on a beautiful street for a decent price. While she was resilient in her quest to find our apt, she was patient and the voice of reason. I would undoubtedly recommend her services. My fiancee even wants to invite her for a drink due to her personable approach and charm.
