From climbing the Great Wall in China to diving in Thailand and the Philippines, Jessica Escobar loves great adventures. While she's traveled the world and enjoyed many, her most meaningful one comes from the thrill she gets when finding her client the perfect NYC home.
Born and raised in New York City, Jessica speaks fluent Spanish and English. She enjoys meeting and working with people from all across the globe, helping them to relocate to this unique and wonderful city. "I like to prepare and educate people so there are no surprises. Navigating the rental and sales market here can be difficult, but I can walk you through the process in an informed way so you are knowledgeable and confident in making decisions."
Jessica wants you to have an amazing real estate experience all the way around, and to continue to rely on her for all your needs for many years to come. While closing a deal is extremely gratifying, to her, most important is the communication, follow up and dedication that leads to long-term relationships, which are truly the greatest reward.
Jessica graduated from Binghamton University, and started her career at Merrill Lynch doing Human Resources and Training and Development. She then transitioned to campus recruiting, traveling around to present Investment Banking and Sales and Trading to recent college graduates. Jessica also headed up Campus Recruitment for Royal Bank of Scotland, recruiting recent graduates and running their training and development program, working with her counterparts in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. That's probably why she has a particular soft spot for helping to find recent grads, international expats and people from other countries find homes in NYC.
Most recently, Jessica traveled throughout Asia for a year and got her TEFL certification in Phuket, Thailand, where she had the opportunity to teach English to children and adults. Her passion for people and penchant for customer service led her to the exciting profession of real estate, where she is comfortable helping everyone from the struggling student to the heads of corporations. Besides work and travel, Jessica enjoys scuba diving, and exploring the many wonders of New York, which she feels is like nowhere else on earth.
