Jesse Chan

Jesse Chan is a fixture of NYC Real Estate in the downtown areas of Nolita, Little Italy, Chinatown and Lower East Side.  Recently joining Bond New York Properties after a short stint with a smaller firm. Jesse graduated from Santo Thomas University with BS Advertising. He settled in Stuyvesant Town, East Village in 1983 and immediately fell in love with New York City.
Jesse started his real estate career in the mid-90’s and has consistently been one of the top producing rental agents in NYC.  Passionately committed to providing a high level of service, he knows finding a property can be an intimidating and trying experience, but also knows that with a little patience and persistence Jesse’s efforts will bear fruit.

He is actively involved in the church and community at Alphabet City.
