Jenny Mata

With a strong background in real estate sales, there isn’t any client need that Jenny Mata can’t accommodate. Jenny works hard to establish long term relationships and provide continued customer service to all of her clients, long after she finds them a new home.  

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jenny has called the Upper East Side home for over 4 years.  As an agent with Coldwell Banker in Malibu, Jenny has a solid foundation and proven track record in any sales market.  With her California based team, she worked with clients from local residents to celebrities and foreigners, to help find them the perfect SoCal home.  These years of experience led to her smooth transition to a NYC hybrid agent, specializing in sales and rentals, at Citi Habitats.

As a hardworking, honest individual who thrives on helping other people and maintaining relationships, Jenny loves working with buyers and sellers alike.   “I love working with buyers because I want to be a part of their ‘first big time’ purchase which is always the most memorable.  I love working with sellers as well because I love helping them transition as smoothly as possible.”  Referrals and repeat clients are her measure of success.  Her primary focus is building a great rapport with clients and finding them the perfect home.

Jenny holds a degree in Psychology with a Certification in Child Development from Long Beach State University. Prior to her career in real estate, Jenny loved every moment of her three years as a pre-school teacher.
