Jennifer is a licensed real estate salesperson with an expertise in brownstone and townhouse properties. At a young age, she became attracted to the historic charm of New York City brownstones and townhouses through her family’s successful construction company, Cypress Construction, which specializes in the restoration of brownstones. Cypress Construction was established in 1985, and she has been involved in the family business for the past 14 years. As a result, she has gained an insider’s knowledge with instant access to brownstone and townhouse specialists such as architects and contractors.
Prior to entering the world of real estate, Jennifer traveled the world as a multimedia journalist. She has lived and worked in diverse environments such as India, the United Arab Emirates and Ireland. Her extensive travels (she has visited over 23 countries) and journalism experience has helped Jennifer develop an uncanny communication skill that undoubtedly lends itself to the real estate world. An effective communicator like Jennifer can successfully and professionally convey her client’s needs to the various people involved in real estate transactions. Her journalism experience has also taught her that the only, and best, way of doing business is with honesty and integrity.
In addition, Jennifer’s multimedia savviness places her ahead of her competition. She’s well-versed in all the social media tools, knows web coding such as XHTML and CSS, and owns top-notch editing and camera equipment. Therefore, finding your ideal home is only a click away for Jennifer. On the other hand, if you are considering selling your home, rest assured that Jennifer is an expert marketer with all the high-tech tools necessary to get you the best offer.
