review date 10/18/2011I spoke with Jennifer Pappalardo about what I was searching for. Jennifer Papplardo had some suggestions in Inwood, Manhattan and Flatbush,Brooklyn. She then asked me which neighborhood I would rather live in and I told her it really depends on what the apartment looks like if it is nearby mass transit and how is safety. I asked her if I could stop by her office and make an appt to start viewing. She asked me where my job was located. She also asked what was I doing in Brooklyn Heights because I could not afford living in that area. I already had the impression that she did not want to work with me to find an apartment considering how it seemed as though she didn't want to travel far out. When I asked if I could stop by her office to pick out a few neighborhoods and then make an appointment, She told me that she didn't want to spend days and weeks working with me. She also said "I don't have the time or the patience and I most certainly don't get paid for that." It was clear that she was not professional, very disrespectful and not accomadating to me at all.
