Jennifer Friedman

Serving as Kian Realty's Listing Manager, Jennifer specializes in both property rentals and sales management in Manhattan, NY. Jen's extensive knowledge of available properties, the city's diverse neighborhoods, and her unique experience as Listings Manger, enables her to expertly match a client's needs to their ideal new apartment. Jennifer attributes her industry success to her passion for finding the "right" apartment for her clients, and a willingness to put in the extra time and effort that it takes to make sure her clients are both happy and comfortable in their new home. 

 

Jen was born into a family of real estate agents, and has been immersed in the field since she was just a young child helping her father show open houses and close deals. With real estate experience in both New York and New Jersey, as well as in rentals, sales, property management, and even short sales/foreclosures, her family background and experience thoroughly prepared her for success in NYC. 

 

In her free time, Jen enjoys exploring new restaurants and areas in her favorite NYC neighborhoods, traveling, and exercising.
