Jelena Zurilo

Jelena became dedicated to New York real estate and architecture many years ago, from when she first visited the city in 2003. Becoming passionate about its architecture and lifestyle, Jelena moved to NYC and earned her Bachelor degree in Architecture, Summa Cum Laude, winning various awards in architecture and design. Though she initially wanted to build in NYC, she realized she preferred lending her architectural eye to working with finished products, so entered residential sales. Jelena believes that where we live makes us who we are. With that, she takes her role in guiding clients to the perfect property type, home and neighborhood quite seriously.

By listening to clients and analyzing their needs in comparison to the current market, Jelena takes a deliberate approach in her work which assures each person's success. She gives time and thought to each clients' needs, and pays attention to the most acute details to ensure that your experience is beyond expectation. Being a perfectionist, Jelena has a strong desire for better living and outstanding service. "Real estate never sleeps," she says. "Apartments come and go and deals move fast, so it's important to work with an agent who is motivated, resourceful, well prepared and proactive to find the best opportunities."

Born in Latvia, Jelena speaks fluent Russian and English, and some Latvian. Prior to discovering her love of real estate, she demonstrated fierce focus and dedication as a professional gymnast, as well as various sales and administrative careers. Free time finds Jelena enjoying sports, photography and world travel. She also loves exploring Soho where she resides, and the other diverse downtown neighborhoods that each offer their own unique history, culture and vibe.
