Jeff Garlin

Jeff believes that selecting a living space and subsequently moving into it, while exciting; has the potential to be one of the most stressful undertakings a person can encounter. His aim is to make this process as anxiety free as possible.  The way he does this is simple; he listens to his client’s needs.

By starting with the most obvious but often overlooked step in the process, Jeff shows his clients that he is in sync with what they are seeking.  This combined with his vast database of apartments and his commitment to customer service, insure his clients not only have a pleasant experience but also the greatest possibility of finding a match to what they are envisioning.

As a real estate professional and property owner, Jeff is familiar with the multiple facets of the business.  In addition to rentals, Jeff is experienced in sales having represented buyers and sellers of apartments and townhouses in New York City.

Prior to joining Citi Habitats, Jeff worked as a seller of fine high-end furniture in Cambridge, MA. Jeff also worked at Trinity Church Wall Street in their television production department. Additionally, He is a professional actor, and a card-carrying member of the Actors Equity Association and SAG/AFTRA. He has had television, film and commercial appearances.
