Jeanette is a rare gem..she is responsive, honest and has a genuine ability to make someone feel at ease.
I am trying to help my son find a place. This in itself is very stressful. Jeanette is pro-active and helpful without being pushy...I recommend her without any reservations...

review date 09/20/2012Jeannette has been far more than helpful, she's been amazing. She was pleasant, attentive, well prepared and very professional. She made my daughter and I feel more than comfortable.
Jeannette responded immediately to our inquiry, and was willing to accommodate my daughter's schedule and my schedule, which is no easy task. She always had helpful answers to all of our questions, before and after the apartment visit, as well during the application process.
I wish I could keep saying more and more positive things about Jeannette! She's the best and truly cares.

review date 06/04/2012Although I only met Jeannette once, she did respond to me immediately after my first interest in an apartment. She is without a doubt, very punctual.
The first apartment shown to me was not of my taste. Price was good but the living conditions were not warm and didn't radiate good karma. I'm looking forward to working with Jeannette again. Hopefully I will have a place I can call "home" before July 1st.

Some Positive Highlights:
-She lives in the area that she represents and knows it well.
-She's very accommodating and flexible.
-She listens and is quite attentive to what your needs are.
-Working with her is positively pressure free.
-She remains in contact through the process, and if anything goes wrong is able to correct or improve it quickly.
-She follows through the end of the process and works to ensure that everything is satisfactory even after you've signed the lease.
All things considered, given my horrible experiences with brokers in the past, I'm willing to not only consider a broker in the future, but it'll probably be exclusively with her going forward.
