When I first moved to the city Jason helped me find my first apartment. He was a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and got me a great deal by negotiating the rent with the landlord. This is why he was the first person I called when I wanted to buy an apartment in Williamsburg. I highly recommend Jason whether you are renting or buying in NYC!

Jason was extremely helpful in my apartment search. He accommodated my roommates and I, who all work, in setting up apartment viewings that were conducive to our schedule (nights, weekends, etc.) Jason showed us apartments that were in our budget and was honest and genuine throughout the process. Overall, I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for an apartment in New York City.

Jason is very good at what he does. From the first time we met, we discussed price ranges; and unlike other brokers who will show you places outside of you price range, Jason was very good at sticking to it or even finding places for less( which is very good, as i am a college student). When it came to getting in contact with Jason, you would think you were his only client because his response speed to you questions were almost instant.

I HIGHLY recommend Jason, and i am sure i will seek his aid again in my future apartment searches.

Jason was very personable and great to work with! I was moving from NJ to the city and was initially overwhelmed the process of finding an apartment in Manhattan. I had tried a few other brokers, some of whom were pushy and continuously brought me to properties out of my price range or desired locations. Jason took time to figure out what type of place I was looking for and helped me find the perfect apartment in my price range. He was quick to respond to any questions I had, was very honest and knowledgeable about different neighborhoods in the city.
