Janel Nissim became intrigued with real estate while searching for apartments for herself and her friends. And what better place to do it then in NYC! Highly determined and focused, once Janel has a goal in mind, she simply has to reach it…and in her work, her clients' goals become her own. Janel enjoys challenge, thrives on pressure, and remains patient and calm in stressful times. These skills were learned in her careers in the demanding and fast-paced music industry, and as a veterinary technician handling many difficult and emotional situations. As your real estate representative and partner, she is fully dedicated to streamlining the search and transaction process, while providing the vital support that is needed along the way. Originally from New Jersey, Janel graduated with a BA in Sociology from The University of Delaware. She currently lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Janel loves photography, animals, horseback riding, tennis, and meeting new people. She is also a singer/songwriter with a lifelong passion for music.
