Being a real estate agent requires great interpersonal, organizational and time management skills, as well as knowing the inventory well. As a former technology manager, James developed an intimate knowledge of the technology behind the products he developed, and dedicated superior care in implementing solutions for complex demands. These same valuable skills serve him well in his real estate work, and benefit his clients who appreciate his detailed approach to their needs.
Working with James, you're assured honesty, loyalty, up-to-date market information, quick response and creative problem solving. "When the hunt for one's home is one the line, an agent should offer nothing less to ensure the best service, experience and results possible," he says. "NYC is a dynamic market. Facts that were true a few months ago are not necessarily valid today, which is why I always strive to stay informed and impart my knowledge to clients, so they can make smart decisions."
When it comes to properties, if James can't find it, then it doesn't exist. He believes that with the huge assortment of property in the city, there is something for everyone regardless of the price range.
Born in Haiti and raised in Brooklyn, James attended Stony Brook University as an undergraduate and Binghamton University for graduate school. He holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering. A lover of languages, James speaks fluent Kreyol (Haitian) and English, a little bit of Spanish, and plans on studying German. For fun he loves to dance, and has learned several dance styles including salsa, hip-hop, swing and ballroom. James also acts in various film projects in his free time.
