Jai is a fantastic broker. I had a great time looking at apartments with her, and she made me feel informed and comfortable at every step. She showed me A LOT of places, none outside of my budget, and was just a fun person to wander around Washington Heights with. If she hadn't pushed me (in a good way) to put in an application on my new place, I'd probably still be at square one, or settling for a place that was just okay. Thanks to Jai I'm moving into an apartment I love.

Jai-Yoo is awesome! Although I didn't end up renting an apartment through her because I found one I loved elsewhere, she was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very respectful of my time, even meeting me at 7:30pm to show me an apartment even though it was late, and took my preferences to heart and found places that matched what I wanted. Jai feels like a friend that's helping you find an apartment - she feels like a real person, which is so refreshing! I would definitely recommend her for anyone who is looking for a place.

Jai helped us find our first apartment in NYC! She helped us narrow down a list of areas we wanted to look in and asked us to create a list of priorities we wanted in an apartment. Then when we met with her, she only showed us apartments that fit most or all of those requirements - including our very low budget.

Some of the other brokers we spoke with seemed smarmy, but Jai was very nice and sincere from start to finish. We felt that she looked out for our best interest and she worked very hard for us. She was able to weed out apartments which she knew had management companies with bad reputations - we never would've known that!

Jai was very energetic, helpful, supportive, and genuinely wanted us to find the perfect place. She was even more excited than we were when we signed the lease to our apartment!

Working with Jai was a great experience. She was patient and tried very hard to show me apartments that were what I was looking for (not just budget, but layout, etc.). Not only that, she actively pushed me to stay within my budget and be realistic. She did show me a few that were slightly "out there", but she stressed it was for my research and comparison purposes, to get a feel for the market.

IMPORTANT thing is, never at any time did I feel pressured into renting a particular apartment. And though I did not end up finding my apartment through Jai, I will certainly keep her contact information in my phone should I have to search for apartments again.

She found me the size of apartment I was looking for in my price range when no other broker said it could be done.
