review date 02/25/2013Working Jack was a great experience. I had already experienced NY brokers and knew what I could expect on the down side. Jack listened carefully to my criteria from the first phone call, did not drag me around. Every aparment he showed me was a potential winner. He saved me a lot of time, which is also, I guess, why brokers are getting paid. He was super-responsive, answering to emails almost instantly, and very professional in the way he handled the deal with the landlord. Will definitely work with him again in the future. Thanks Jack!
