I believe every one should be treated with respect and care, and I am there not only as a sales agent but as a friend who wants to help you achieve your goal of finding a home in the best city in the world.
Coming from a strong customer service background, I know that educating customers is essential to ensuring that they make clear and sound decisions, and work toward the very best outcome. Previously, I trained thousands of store owners on computer software systems for 15 years, instilling in me the skills necessary to develop strong relationships with every customer I served.
A New Yorker all my life, I live and breathe this city. “There is no other part of the world I’d rather be. I love the people, the rush, the pressure, the skyline and bright lights, and there is nothing more rewarding than helping others find their own special piece of New York.”
Honest, trustworthy and prompt, it is all about being a great team player, not just in sports which I enjoy, but with the customers I represent so together we can collaborate and achieve winning results. Outside of work I play soccer and coach a children’s team, nearly winning a championship with them my very first year. I enjoy reading, being outdoors, constantly educating myself and also am very proud to have attended school right here in “my city” at PACE University and Queens College.
He isn't pushy in any way, is incredibly honest and is an all round lovely guy. When you read about the bad peeps out there - as I did looking for my first NY apartment - trust me that Ivan is the exact opposite. I'm a super cautious person who double-checks everything - Ivan was honest about places he considered to have poor management or other issues, which I always verified with internet searches. Ivan earned my trust.
I found a place privately in the end, and am currently in the process of application, but that was a matter of chance and not a lack of effort on Ivan's part. If that falls through or for any reason I'm looking for a place again, Ivan would be the first person I'd call.
