Having earned status as one of the youngest bank managers of a leading financial institution, he was able to achieve a consistent level of success exceeding goals. Issayas applies this same drive and determination to excel in real estate, providing clients with honest guidance, caring service and tireless dedication to help them succeed. His entrepreneurial spirit and penchant for service also led him to found a boutique concierge business in Las Vegas.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Issayas holds a BA degree in Economics with a focus on Investment Finance.
