Great, painless experience looking for an apartment!

Israel is helping me find an apartment for my boyfriend and thus far has been super helpful.

I am so glad I contacted Israel! I had sent him an email request for information and he was quick to get back to me and left his phone number. On a whim, I called him after viewing another apartment in the area and although the unit I originally was interested in was already rented, he mentioned some others that might work. Even though it was after 5pm, he offered to show me the other apartment that same night. He very kindly offered to pick me up on his way (I was on foot) and took me to the building. He was extremely informative, but not at all pushy, which I really liked. I fell in love with the building and the apartment and Israel drove me back to his office and helped me through the paperwork. Overall, I honestly don't think there was ANYTHING he could have done better. He was polite, courteous, honest, helpful, informative, and knowledgable. I would recommend him to anyone and feel confident that they will be just as happy as I was and am with him.

Israel is the best! I found him through naked apt and he was going to show me a place that I inquired about but it went of the market within hours, so when another apartment became available for rent in that building I was the first person he contacted.

I was so happy he thought of me, and it turns out he knew very well what I wanted, I'll be moving into my new place in less than a week! He was even able to negotiate with the landlord so I could move in the day that I wanted to rather than what the landlord wanted. I'm so glad he kept me in mind, he refused to show it to anyone else before me and got me in to see before the apartment was listed anywhere! Without him, I wouldn't have gotten my hands on this beautiful gem of a place :)

Israel was great. He was honest, purposefully not pushy, and went above and beyond to help me out.

Late in the evening I saw his listings and wrote him a message. He called me back next morning, we met, he showed me the one beautiful apartment I was interested in. And my application was approved a couple of hours later. I am so relieved and happy, it is the right place for me.
Israel was both effective and respectful. He listened to me to understand what exactly I was looking for; he also had in mind the landlord´s requirements for a prospective renter, so he made sure to give me accurate and honest information about my possibilities. I liked the way he worked: He obviously knows well the neighbourhood; he didn´t waste time, but he was also very patient in explaining and repeating everything I needed.
So, it is worth giving him a call!

Israel was super quick and responsive whenever I messaged him inquiring about one of his listings, which is def. a good sign of a good broker.

In the end, I found out my application was approved for another place, so I never got to meet with Israel but based on the prompt messages we exchanged back and forth I would def. keep him in the back of my mind if I know of someone looking for a broker.

It's pretty standard to have a broker not respond to an e-mail but Israel was quick, responsive and gave great details over the phone. He confirmed our appointment the night of the showing and reconfirmed the day of.

He had a good relationship with both the super and the landlord of my building which is always nice to hear. He also gave great details about the building itself (# of apartments, tenants, etc.); most brokers are pretty clueless when it comes to these sorts of things.

Israel called and texted me as soon as he heard that my application was accepted.

I definitely recommend working with him.

I was very happy with my experience working with Isreal. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive like other brokers I have dealt with in the past. He is a respectful, attentive, punctual, and hard-working. It was snowing on the day I met him to look at apartments and he had a car waiting directly outside his office to drive to all of the appointments. When I started looking in Brooklyn, none of my friends could refer me to a good broker. In contrast, the next time one of my friends needs an apartment, I will be referring them to Israel.

I made contact with Israel on my first call about one of his listings. He quickly memorized the amenities I desired and kept me in mind when the perfect opportunity presented itself. Above all, he is accessible, honest, and always was looking for the right fit for his client. These are qualities that I did not find in other brokers I worked with during my search.

I had a very positive experience working with Israel. He is a respectful, attentive, punctual, hard-working broker who found apartments that fully met my needs. Israel works closely with the property managers whose properties he shows, which made me feel very confident in my ability to have a successful application. While we did not end up renting an apartment listed by Israel (we decided to rent in the UWS instead), I would heartily recommend him to anybody looking in Brooklyn. He goes above and beyond what is expected of a broker.

Israel is amazing. He followed up with me which sadly enough is rare—apparently. He called/emailed me when he said he would. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and about the units/buildings he was showing me (no surprises). I really appreciated that he was upfront & honest with me. Working with Israel was by far the best experience i've had with any broker. it was a pleasure to work with someone that is always prepared and willing to go above and beyond to accomodate his clients. Israel is as good as it gets and you'll be doing yourself a disservice if he's not your first choice.

My opinion about this broker is that he is true professional and very experienced at what he does do.

Also he is a great guy, the two meetings we had and he was always on time and I was late for both meetings. He was nice enough not to give any signs of attitude but instead talked with well mannered. He takes care of his client(me)very well.
He showed me two beautiful apartments, which both apartments are with accuracy were what I was looking for. No unnecessary appointments or unnecessary show casing different apartments. Which a lot of broker does that and wastes everyone's time.

He knows the area well and have a long list of reasonable priced rentals. He is the one who you can communicate and doesn't feel like being cheated on the price or fees.

Definitely, I recommend Israel to anyone who seeks the perfect apartment with reasonable price in mind.

Israel is by far one of THE best brokers in NY. He was enthusiastic, confident, and showed a genuine interest in making sure I got the right apartment. I would absolutely recommend him and will certainly be contacting him for my next apartment.

Israel was great from start to finish. He answered the phone every time, if he said he would call back in 5 minutes, he did. Israel also took me back to the office to make the deposit with a debit card since i didnt have checks ). Overall, excellent agent, I would definitely recommend him.

Friendly, easy to work with, and very efficient. Seemed genuinely concerned about what was in my best interest. Highly recommended!
