She was nice at first until she showed me this FABULOUS apartment that I fell in love with then told me it was rented! Would not recommend working with this broker.

Isabelle responded to my inquiry promptly, met me at the apartment early, and was honest and candid. She also got right on finding the answers to some questions I had for the super; she tried to contact him during the tour, and when he didn't pick up, she emailed me back an hour later with the answers I was looking for. Her fee was 10% (relatively low), and didn't try and upsell me on any of her much pricier apartments.
