Irina Zheleznyak is smart and outgoing, and guarantees she knows this city better than any other agent you'll meet. A native New Yorker, she loves showing off all that NYC has to offer, and really listens to her clients to make the ideal match in a home.

"I get to know my renters and buyers so I deeply understand their needs and lifestyle. I'm driven and hardworking, and if there is an apartment in the city that is meant to be your dream home, I'll use every resource to find it!"

Irina wants you to always walk away from your real estate experience with her saying she's gone above and beyond for you. "I don't want to just show you apartments; I want you to really know the different neighborhoods so you can envision what life in your new home will be like." Irina can literally close her eyes and picture almost every block below 72nd Street. She is also up on the latest restaurant, nightlife, arts and theater scene, as she's constantly out and about discovering new and wonderful attractions.

Irina attended high school at Stuyvesant, then college at McGill University in Montreal where she pursued her BA in Economics and Political Science. Prior to real estate, she worked in the theater industry as a consultant and dramaturg. Irina ran her own consulting company working with Broadway and Off-Broadway producers, plus worked in management offices on Broadway. Just as she helped producers bring their plays and musicals to life, Irina will help you realize your real estate dreams and goals.

Fluent in Russian and English, Irina is personally passionate about the arts and animals. Her volunteer work has revolved around animal shelters/rescue groups, as well as with LGBT rights and advocacy.

This broker is the best! I rented my second NYC apartment with Irina. I worked with a different broker last year. I had an okay experience with that broker. This year I saw apartments with 2 brokers before Irina. They showed me the same types of apartments that I wasn't interested in. Irina showed me much better apartments and she was so much more helpful

I rented an apartment from this agent.

I enjoyed my apt. search with Irina. She was prompt in responding to my e-mail or telephone inquiries and very punctual in meeting me at the designated addresses. She is very professional and answered all my questions patiently.

I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to help them thru their real estate transactions.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.
