review date 03/21/2012I liked Ilia and he showed me some lovely apartments, but he he set appointments with me and then was late to the first by 20 minutes and the second by an hour. I had time to order chinese food and eat it on the curb while I waited for him to arrive. Worse, he blamed me for him being late, saying that it was my fault because I'd wanted to meet at an earlier time than he's suggested. His being late caused me to be late for a different broker, which felt unfair and unprofessional.
