Cindy was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was extremely professional and went the extra mile to make sure the property was the right one for me. She really had the client's best interest at heart. She was also extremely accommodating to my concerns and questions.

She was attentive throughout the process and only showed me properties that she thought was a good fit (and they were all great). I've dealt with many brokers before, and often times they try to show you as many properties as possible to wear you down and pressure you into a close. That was not the case with Cindy.

It was a refreshing to deal with someone who actually seemed like they were representing you (the client) and not just their firm. I look forward to working with her again.

I highly recommend Cindy! Most brokers I've dealt with in the past were either dishonest, irresponsible or just didn't care. However, Cindy took the time and effort to really listen to my needs. I can honestly say, from beginning of our search until the lease signing, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I will definitely reach out to her again for my next move!

One word to describe Ms. Kim as an agent is “professional”. She took the time to adjust to my schedule in order to coordinate a time to show me the apartment in such a short notice. I’ve never dealt with such an honest agent in my life. She was transparent about every detail regarding the location and the apartment.
