I found Haiying through Naked Apartments. Based on her good reviews, I gave her a call. She showed us several apartments and eventually we found one we liked.

It was never hard to contact Haiying, and she responded quickly to emails and phone calls. She was kind and I never thought I was pressured into a place I didn't want.

I would definitely contact her again, if I am looking for an apartment again.

Haiying was recommended to me by a friend who had used her to find her studio apartment in Sunnyside. She proved to be very prompt in getting in touch with me frequently with or without any news just to keep me in the loop. She was very kind and showed me some very nice apartments in various neighborhoods I had expressed interest in, all within my price range. Even when the apartment I had first applied for fell through, she quickly made sure to submit my application for another apartment in the same building. It went through and even if it hadn't, Haiying's determination to help me made me feel as if she was not going to give up until I had a place. And that's what happened. I would certainly recommend her to my own friends looking for places in Queens.

Haiying was quick to respond to my inquiry. We scheduled an appointment for the next where she showed me a whole bunch of available apartments in the areas I was looking. I found her to be insightful and honest. I did not rent any of the apartments she showed me but the next time I have to go through the daunting task of looking for an apartment I will be contacting her.

Haiying is very responsive and proactive. Working with her was great even though I did not end up renting with her. On our initial meeting she understood my requirements and only sent me listings that matched my requirements, this saved us both time while viewing apartments. I would definitely recommend Haiying to anyone looking for an apartment and have kept her contact for future.

Haiying was extremely helpful during our rental search. She was extremely thorough and held our hands through the whole fast paced proccess. She was persistent, patient and understanding. My boyfriend and I are recent grads and needed to work with a co signer. None of us had ever been through the NYC rental process and it was quite a shock, but she walked us through it and we moved in at the end of the week!

I have lived in NYC longer than I care to admit and have moved many times, I can honestly say that I have never met a broker like Haiying. She gets what you need and understands your budget and does her best to work within that space. She responds to your inquiries right away and is just downright pleasant to talk to.

Very quick response time and willing/able to meet on short notice to view apartments. Did not have all the facts when presenting the apartment.

Haiying was awesome! Im a Full time college student and she would do whatever it took to help me get this apartment I really wanted. I signed the lease today!!! And can not thank her enough, she was patient and flexible. Great hard worker. 5 stars and check her out!
