review date 09/29/2012If there was such a thing as a 6th star I would have selected that. I felt like I was apartment hunting with a friend, not an agent. He told me that if i had all my paperwork and deposit in order, he would find me an apartment same day. He negotiated the rent 100 dollars lower, and got my new puppy approved. The whole process took three days...all i had to do was show up! Thanks Gustavo!
