Greg was born and raised in Astoria, NY and is thrilled with all the changes and potential the neighborhood is showing. Being a lifelong resident, Greg has seen many changes to the area and through a supportive community that brings many cultures together, it has turned out wonderfully. The time has come that people are noticing Astoria with development in mind. From the modern new condominiums to the luxury large apartment buildings to the character filled multi-family homes, Astoria has something for everyone.

Greg along with Modern Spaces felt this was the perfect time to open an office in Astoria. They chose the Astoria Park section which boasts a wonderful park, views of the Manhattan skyline and the areas best tree lined streets. Greg has worked in Astoria and Long Island City and understands how both neighborhoods help each other with what they offer.

Greg prides himself on being a people person and takes the time to listen to what others are looking for. Greg has been known for his honesty and trustworthiness and his never ending desire to find the proper match for their living needs. Greg loves to be involved with many different charities and is always willing to give his time in any way that he can.
