Greg was incredibly easy to work with. I called him Friday at noon, saw an apartment that afternoon at 4 and had keys in hand on Tuesday afternoon...even with a holiday factored in. He was through and clear with all communication. Fantastic.

Greg was a pleasure to work with. Although we ended up renting from someone else, Greg was attentive to my inquiries and took the time to give me some great advice about my apartment search. Even after I let him know that we were going with another broker's listing, he was gracious and affirmed that we had made a good choice. Based on his professionalism, kindness, and knowledge of the area, I would absolutely recommend working with Greg and will be in touch with him in the future when it's time to move again.

Is there a more frustrating process than looking for an apartment in NYC? We were coming from out of town and wanted our search to be as productive as possible. We contacted Greg and told him what our search criteria was. When we arrived at his office, Greg had lined up 6 viewings. We spent the afternoon darting all over Brooklyn. We happily found what we were looking for and after wrapping up the paperwork things were all set.
We would like to thank Greg for his hard work and preparation and for making our apartment search relatively painless. We definitely work with Greg again!

Great Contacted me when I was looking for a new apartment. He was really helpful throughout the process. He was able to coordinate the brokers office, landlord, and me within 3 days of looking at the apartment, applying, and signing the lease.

Well its to early to tell I just started working with this broker..? So, time will tell if he can help me and wife out with some issues(pets)the two dogs we own ..? this usually is a problem with the broker looking to make a fast sale? He strikes as a very personable and a hard working agent, but again its to soon to tell? Hope he doesn't let us down.

Gregg was honest and engaging from the first moment. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for based on my work, hobbies, and most importantly, budget! He is by far the nicest, and most real broker I've ever worked with in the City. Not once did I feel like he was wasting my time or that I was trying to be "sold" on a property. Greg made every effort possible to find my wife and I an apartment in Park Slope and surrounding areas. He was very conscience of our meager budget, and showed us multiple places in a day and didn't quit (more places than we actually had time to see).

His extensive knowledge of Park Slope and Brooklyn was priceless. Excellent communicator, with a very non-pressure relaxed approach. I will recommend him to friends and family looking for a broker who will earn his fee many times over.

We ended up with an apartment that was with a different agency but that had nothing to do Greg. He stuck out among the many agents we had working for us as one of the rare brokers who truly enjoy matching people up with their ideal apartments... and frankly busted his ass for us.

Greg was great! He was up front about how we would be viewing apartments with tenants currently in them. He was great to talk to and offered a lot of encouragement about the area overall (as he is a local) He didn't pressure us into anything, but was truthful in how quickly the apartment we ended up with would go if we didn't act fast.
