Gerry went above and beyond in my search. I was not able to physically see my apt so he actually skyped me and walked me through the entire apt. He was very responsive, patient and understanding. I am new to the NYC rental market and needed a lot of hand holding and guidance. He went above and beyond working with my movers and the property managers. One thing that I loved was that he was not pushy with me. He worked hard for me, but did not try to "sell" me on anything I didn't want just to make a commission. He even called afterwards to check up on me and my move. I HIGHLY recommend Gerry to anyone looking to partner with a professional that has the clients best interest at heart.

Before moving to new york I heard horrible stories about how hard it would be to find a good place that would be both affordable and not have me living in a box. I had also been warned that brokers would charge me lots of money and practically do no work. So before I called Gerry I have to admit I had my guards up. However after speaking with him I was immediately at ease. He took his time and listened to what my needs were and what my budget could afford. He was very knowledgeable of the different neighborhoods that I was hoping to move to, and even made other suggestions. He put together a great packet of possible apartments, and when we went out he had more than one place ready for me to see. He ended up being well worth the fee because he helped make my move here easy and I found a great place!
