  I used George based on a recommendation and I have absolutely no regrets. I have used brokers in the past and have not been entirely comfortable with the experience. Some brokers that have shown me 19 places in one day and only one even vaguely fit my criteria. George, however, was quite the opposite and working with him was very refreshing. He paid attention to what I had requested and every single apartment that he showed me was one that I seriously considered renting. He went far beyond what I expected of a broker, checking in periodically to see what he could help out with, negotiating frequently on my behalf, coming with me to my lease signing and answering questions even after I had signed the lease. In fact, one of the building agents mentioned to me that he was one of the most dedicated brokers she had seen. GEORGE KESIC is THE MAN. This is a second year that I am working with George and I can say that he truly was an advocate. He worked hard to find me an apartment in a short amount of time in a very difficult market. He's a guy you can trust which is very rare among brokers.

He has a great sense of the NYC marketplace and made me feel very secure about the place I ended up deciding on. I would highly recommend using George for all your housing needs!

He remembered what kind of apartments I liked last year, which was extremely helpful, saved me a lot of time so I will definitely call George next time when I decide to move again!!!
